REVERSE: the centre features a portrait of Antanas Gustaitis, the founder of Lithuanian aviation, together with a stylised model of a military aircraft. The inscriptions “ANTANAS GUSTAITIS” and “ANBO IV” are arranged in a semicircle. Above them is the inscription “ANBO lėktuvams – 100 metų”, marking the 100th anniversary of the ANBO aircraft. ABOUT THE COIN: a Lithuanian commemorative 10 euro silver coin issued in 2025 to mark the 100th anniversary of the ANBO aircraft. The coin is struck in .925 fine silver, weighs 23.30 g and has a diameter of 34 mm. ANBO aircraft were designed by Antanas Gustaitis and became a symbol of Lithuanian aviation. The edge bears the inscription “ANTANAS NORI BŪTI ORE”, separated by a double cross. The coin was issued on 2 December 2025 and minted at the Lithuanian Mint in Vilnius.
