Return policy

Florinus.lt issues refunds for undesirable products. The processes of returning the products happen in accordance with Lithuanian Republic laws: 

  1. The returning item must remain in the original packaging (this point does not concern the defective products).
  2. The item must be undamaged, unscratched, or unimpaired in any other way;
  3. The item should not lose its representative look (unimpaired labels, protective film that is not peeled, etc.). This does not concern the defective products).
  4. The returning item must remain in the original set which the customer received during the purchase;
  5. During the process of returning the item you have to provide the receipt, notice of the guarantee and authenticity certificate (if issued by Florinus.lt), also the completed form of return provided by the administration.
  6. Florinus doesn’t accept special orders. (Special orders are considered either when the client requests excessive amounts or either product that is not within the assortment of Florinus).
  7. Investment GOLD/SILVER/PLATINUM/PALLADIUM products (bars and coins) in accordance with the LR and EU laws the items can not be returned after the order confirmation. If you would like to return your order we are eligible to accept it in accordance with the set product prices (Nr. 738, 2014-07-22, announced TAR 2014-07-28, i. k. 2014-10565).

 

*The client covers the costs (if shipping is involved) of returning the item.

According to the Lithuanian Republic law Florinus.lt is obliged to execute the refund within 14 working days after one of our inspectors evaluates the state of the item.
