Storage service

Taking into account our clients' requests and expectations, and aiming to promote investments in physical precious metals while increasing their accessibility, convenience, and security, we are launching a new service: storage of your purchased physical gold, silver, platinum, or palladium bars and coins in our modern central vault. Additionally, you will have access to monitoring your portfolio's value and receiving reports.

Service Description

Every Florinus, UAB client who purchases selected investment products online at www.florinus.lt will now have the option, if desired, to mark their purchased physical gold, silver, platinum, or palladium products for storage in the Florinus vault.

 

How it works:

  1. The client places an order via the Florinus website and selects the option to store their investment products in the vault.
  2. Florinus, UAB processes the order, associates it both financially and physically with the client, and transfers it to the vault.
  3. Once transferred, the client can log in to their Florinus ID account on www.florinus.lt to view their physical investment metals portfolio. This portfolio will display all held products, their weight, current value, price changes, investment returns/losses, purchase price, and date.
  4. These physical investment metals will be securely stored by Florinus, UAB. However, the products remain the client’s property, not the company’s assets. Even in the event of company bankruptcy, these investment metals would legally remain the client’s property and be returned accordingly. Florinus, UAB will not trade, use, or list the stored products under any circumstances.

 

Retrieval / Sale / Shipping:

  1. To retrieve stored products, the client can log into their Florinus ID account, select the desired product, and choose the nearest Florinus location for collection. The product will then be transferred from the central vault to the selected location within a few days. If the product is to be collected from the central Florinus vault (Šeimyniškių g. 26, Vilnius), it can be made available the same day. Transfers to other Florinus locations may take a few days. The client will be notified (via SMS, call, or email) once the product is ready for collection.
  2. If the client wishes to sell a product stored in the Florinus vault, they can indicate this in their Florinus ID account. A personal Florinus manager will contact the client promptly to confirm the sale. The product will be purchased from the client, removed from the vault, and payment for the agreed price will be transferred.
  3. Florinus, UAB can also deliver stored investment products to any location worldwide via courier services. Additional transportation and insurance costs will apply to this service.

The storage and portfolio monitoring service for purchased investment products is FREE.

Coming soon:

  1. We will offer the opportunity to invest in fractional amounts of grams/ounces in a shared investment product, such as a 1 kg or 400 oz gold bar. These fractional investments will not be physically retrievable. For example, a 1 kg gold bar divided into 1,000 grams could allow 1,000 clients to invest in 1 gram each, ensuring the best price for gold.
  2. We will introduce an option to purchase investment gold via installment plans.
