Obverse: The obverse of the coin depicts Queen Elizabeth II, the monarch of Australia. The name of the queen and the name of the country "ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA" are engraved on the top of the coin, and the weight of the pure silver, the denomination and the year of the coin are inscribed on the bottom.
Reverse: The reverse of the coin depicts a stylized image of a bull with a calf. The village is depicted in the background between the mountains. The design also includes a flying Chinese pheasant, a cherry blossom tree and the Perth Mint's P mark.
