Reverse: the reverse depicts a kookaburra, Australia’s national bird, perched on a wooden fence post wrapped in barbed wire. The inscription AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA appears at the top, with the year of issue 2016, weight 1oz, and silver purity 999 SILVER below. The design was created by Natasha Muhl.
