Obverse: the obverse of the coin depicts a pulsating spiral effect that creates an image of a Lithuanian coat of arms. The country of origin "LITHUANIA" is engraved on the top of the coin. In the middle, there is an issue date "2014" and the mark of Lithuania mint in the corner.
Reverse: the reverse of the coin depicts the elements of optical illusion that create a view of orbits that circle a sphere in the middle. The coin denomination "50 LITAS" is also engraved on the top of the coin.
About the coin: a silver coin of exceptional design and beauty, associated with futurism and optical illusions. Agnė Dautartaitė-Krutulė is an artist that created the design of the coin. This creation gives tribute and honors famous Lithuanian 20th-century artist Kazimieras Žoromiskis.
