On the left – the denomination, below which is the signature of the Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, and above the denomination – the year of printing 2007. At the bottom – the denomination 10 LITŲ.
Reverse: the reverse shows Lituanica flying over the stormy ocean from America to Lithuania. At the bottom – the denomination 10 LITŲ, and in the top right corner – the Lithuanian coat of arms.
About the banknote: this banknote belongs to the later 2007 issue, which retained the same symbolism and design as earlier issues, but some security features were improved. AZ series banknotes are known among collectors as rare and desirable, especially those graded PMG 66 EPQ. It is an important artifact of modern Lithuanian monetary history.
