Obverse: the obverse of the coin shows the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II (Australia valid for a constitutional monarchy, in which Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is the Queen of Australia). The coin engraved with the words ELIZABETH II, AUSTRALIA and the name of the state, at the bottom of the coin is inscribed the denomination of the coin 1 dollar. Below queen image engraved in the designer's initials RBI (Ian Rank - Broadley).
Reverse: the center of the coin depicts a Koala sitting on an Eucalyptus tree branch. Coins engraved in the top of the words AUSTRALIAN KOALA. At the bottom of the coin are minted year also silver weight and purity 2018 1 KILLO 9999 SILVER. The reverse also features the letter "P", which is the mark of the Perth Mint in Australia.
Packaging: each coin is packed to the manufacturer (The Perth Mint) hard plastic capsule.
