Reverse: the reverse features a portrait of Alexander Stamboliyski. Surrounding the portrait are his name and the years of his life, “1879–1923”.
About the coin: this silver coin commemorates the Bulgarian statesman and politician Alexander Stamboliyski. He served as Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 1919 to 1923 and was one of the leading figures of the Bulgarian Agrarian National Union. Stamboliyski promoted social and economic reforms and advocated for the interests of farmers and rural communities.
