Obverse: the obverse of the coin depicts the symbol of Poland, an eagle, which divides the year of issue in half "1995". The name of the country of origin 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' is embossed on the top and the denomination '10 ZŁ' is embossed on the bottom.
Reverse: the reverse of the coin shows a Polish soldier holding a flag and a gun, standing on the frontline of the Second World War, in Berlin in 1945. On the top is an inscription describing the image ''ŻOŁNIERZ POLSKI NA FRONTACH II WOJNY ŚWIATOWEJ''.
