Reverse: the reverse features two wrestlers competing during a match together with a referee announcing the winner. On the left side appears the emblem of the Moscow Olympic Games, while around the edge is the inscription “ИГРЫ XXII ОЛИМПИАДЫ МОСКВА 1980”. A decorative ornament is shown at the bottom.
