Obverse: the coin depicts the Vytis on the background of the Luiza Bridge (located in Tilze), which is an allusion to Vydunas aspiration to connect the Great and the Minor Lithuania. The name of the state LIETUVA (Lithuania) and the year 2018 are minted at the top of the coin, below the denomination of 20€.
Reverse: the reverse depicts the Lithuanian writer, philosopher, public figure of Prussia or Lithuania Minor, Vydunas (real name Vilhelmas Storosta 1868 - 1953 y.). On the left side of the coin, the minted words "VYDŪNAS 150".
Edge: the note "Klausyti noriu ir tarnaut šviesybei, dorybės, žmoniškumo būt paveikslu" (eng. Listen to want and serve the light, virtues, humanity to be a painting).
