Obverse: the obverse of the coin features a portrait of King Wilhelm II of Württemberg. The inscription "WILHELM II KOENIG VON WUERTTEMBERG" (eng. King of Wilhelm II of Wurttemberg) is inscribed around the portrait. There is also lettering on the bottom of the coin, which is a mintmark.
Reverse: the coat of arms of the German Empire depicts an imperial eagle with a crown, with the inscription "DEUTSCHES REICH" and the year of minting the coin. At the bottom of the coin, below the eagle, is the coin denomination "10 MARK".
