Obverse: The obverse depicts two pandas surrounded by greenery. The weight and fineness of the coin "15 g Aг .999" is indicated on the top of the coin, and the denomination of the coin "200元" on the bottom.
Reverse: The reverse depicts the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, and above it, the inscription "中华人民和国和国" (Lit. People's Republic of China) is engraved on the edge of the coin, the year of minting "2024" below.
About the coin: The coin is struck from pure .999 gold. This coin is minted in three Chinese mints, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Shenyang. However, on these coins, unlike the practice of mints in other countries, mintmarks are not struck. Instead, different mints make minor design differences between their minted coins, such as the size of the font, the size of the bamboo forest, and minimal differences in the design of the Temple of Heaven. Since 2016, these coins have not been minted in 1 oz. weight, and 30 grams. All Chinese Panda series coins, whether gold or silver, are legal tender in China.
