Obverse: the center of the coin depicts the coat of arms of Andorra and is surrounded by people on both sides. The inscription "600 ANYS DEL CONSELL DE LA TERRA" is engraved along the inner edge of the coin. Below the central figure is shown a fan with the name of the country "ANDORRA" written on it. Beneath it is the General Council (Genralrats of the valleys) logo and the year "1419", "2019". The year marks the 600th anniversary of the Earth Council.

About coin: The General Council of Andorra (Catalan: General Consell) is the Legislative Assembly of the Principality of Andorra. Since 1866, under the Andorra constitution, it is based in Casa de la Vall, Andorra la Vella. It consists of 28 members, divided into 7 parishes, each of which has 4 representatives. This assembly was first created as a land council in 1419 and then, after the reform of 1866, general council was established.
