Reverse: The reverse of the coin depicts a moose. Around it, the country's name CANADA and the year of issue are engraved. In the center, the denomination 25 CENTS is indicated. The reverse was designed by Emanuel Otto Hahn.
About the coin: This is the first Canadian coin featuring Queen Elizabeth II. It was created after Queen Elizabeth II became Canada's ruler in 1952, and her first portrait was used on coins as a symbol of her reign.
