Obverse: the obverse of the coin depicts a sunflower with a stylized design, the petals of which represent silhouettes of people holding hands. These petals represent unity, support, and the strength of being together. The sunflower is composed by artistic means as a rising sun - the hope of a new beginning, the birds - freedom, hope, and courage, it is like people rising above the circumstances, never accepting the imposed will, it is an allusion to the people who sacrificed their lives - their souls flying away. The country of origin "LIETUVA" is embossed on the top, the year "2023" is embossed on the left, and the logo of the Lithuanian Mint is on the right. The name of the coin 'TOGETHER WITH UKRAINE' is embossed at the bottom.
