Obverse: the obverse of the coin depicts a writing man, engraved on the right with the year "1987-2022", followed by the inscription "ERASMUS PROGRAMA LIETUVA" in Lithuanian. The mintmark of the Lithuanian Mint, the initials of the designer and the 12 EU stars in a circle are also included.
Reverse: the standard reverse of the € 2 coin.
About the coin: The € 2 coin of the Bank of Lithuania is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Erasmus program. This is the third 2-euro coin issued by Lithuania in 2022.
