About the coin: This is the second coin series from the 7th coin series for the prehistoric areas of Malta. Hagar Qim Temple Complex is located on the Mediterranean island of Malta. This temple is one of the oldest religious sites on earth, which the UNESCO World Heritage Committee described as "Unique Architectural Masterpiece," and in 1992 recognized this temple as a World Heritage Site.
